Netball!!

On Wednesday 29.7.20 we did Netball and I was so nervous so was my best friend and we were also so excited after morning tea we had to get changed  into our uniform so I got changed then we came out to read, Kayla came in and she told us we have to go train now so we all went. We warmed up while we waited for the school we were facing.
We did heaps or worm ups finney it was time I was in big center.

 BOOM!!! the whistle went the other team went first I ran down the court they passed I whacked the ball out of there hand "oh no" I shouted they go the ball again they scored dam I said great job I said to the other team one point on the score bored Boom! the whistle went again I saw my mum I was working out who to pass it to when i saw her I passed the ball then I waved  to my mum i ran down the court I shouted Kayla!! then she passed then I passed to Charlotte then she shot and scored a three pointer!! the kids that we cheering for us shouted WAHOO!! I gave charlotte a high five.



After a couple of hours went buy they started scoring more and more they had really tall people in there team. We scored to alot but they were really good so was our team. In the last coter I went off cheering my team after the netball game we go to eat and the food was sooooo yum and netball was really fun. I hope you like netball!   

Just dance costumes

This week is the end of the term so we diced to have some fun with the class room with the whole of MLH I'm so excited. We are going to be doing dance carters and  the buddy i'm going with is Naia one of my B.F.F. I'm really excited to perform it. Me and Naia just need a little more practice we have got all of the costumes ready our song is called Timber and i'm really excited to do it. 

I chose Timber because it is my favorite one and I love it sooo much. I am going to be the girl and Naia is going to be doing the panda. On Thursday we are going to be doing we get to choose Wednesday or Thursday, We didn't choose Wednesday because Naia has got Drama. I am just so excited to do it on thursday.

My gym group

With my friend Lola we have been taking a gym group every Friday. At morning tea we set up in
the hall and we see Hunter or  Harry  or Rio and her friends. While we set up the hall people start
to arrive and we say after morning tea we have discovery and that's when our group comes in the
hall and then Koka Terri comes in the hall and she waits for some people to arrive for just dance
and when our group comes we do warm up so we get out heart pumping.

After we do warm ups we do our dance and we practice it and in a couple of weeks we perform our 
dance in front of the whole school and we have trained so hard we are still practicing it. We have go
t the whole dance ready and we just need to perform it.

At some morning tea and some lunch we practice our dance and it is quite fun.
In our group we have Aria, Lila, Besty, Alivia, Lola, Matidia, Sarah, and Zoe.

I love our group but the only thing is that they sometimes they 

don't listen to us because they get distracted with just dance and it is hard because sometimes I
get distracted too. But my gym group is so fun because you got stuff to entertain yourself. 

Just Dance

Ring ring ring the bell went me and Lola raced to the hall and down quietly
for the teacher to come to the hall. Koka Terri arrived at the hall and told us
that it was a group of four so me, Lola, Tillie, and Naia got in a group and we
quickly got in our positions and started to dance and follow the people.

Once I start dancing I feel like I'm doing good as a dancer.
The second dance we do is handsclap which is a group of three so me,
Lola, and Naia. I was the girl in the middle and Lola and Naia were beside me.

My favorite just dance is Timber because I love the moves and a very cool song.
Every time I do it with Lola, at the end the girl jumps on the pandas back and gets
ready to run, so me and Lola take turns as being the girl.

Just dance is really cool because you get to change around every time to other
groups and do different songs. Just dance has taught me to be a better dancer
and get quicker at changing groups faster.

❤School is back💕👌

On the 18 of may school was back. I had 4 weeks in lockdown with my family wow! I finally got to see my teachers and friends. I was so happy to be back at school.  

My favorite part of coming back to school was seeing my friends and doing just dance. Just dance has made me fit and gets my heart pumped up. When I came back to school on monday I felt nervous and excited at the same time because it has been a long time gone from school and without seeing any of my friends. 

What I liked about lockdown was that I got to spend more time with my family and my pets. On hangouts I got to see my best friend Lola everyday. The thing in lockdown I liked doing was staying in my pjs while working during the day.

In lockdown I liked how I got to play with my siblings more and pets. Every Saturday our family would have a special day and go have a walk and play heaps of board games and have a movie. And that's my lockdown story.

About my first time swimming

On Wednesday the hole of Moana Hub went to the swimming sports.
At first all of us went on the bus. And I sat with Naia and everyone was singing baby songs  it was so annoying. They were singing the wheels on the bus go round and round and yeah. Then after that we arrived I was so nervous. And first was freestyle and I was up.  I did  a push off and I was coming third but then my goggles got water in them so I had to stop and touch  the ground and if  you toch the ground your disqualified so I did and I was upset.


After the backstroke went I didn't do it but then after that it was breaststroke so I dived and I came first but. It didn't count because I was paddling my feet and I was upset so I probably didn't make it. But even though I didn't win or make it in I still have a fun first time.


And then we went back on the bus and then we went back to school and it was lunch time.

Our first week back at school.

I have had a great start to this week with Moana  Hub  it was amazing first we got  in to swimming. Then we made buzz groups it was soooo fun o and after swimming we did quick write what would you prefer chocolate or cheese is chose chocolate you can chose in the comments.  after that we made the buzz groups like I said  there names in my buzz group is Reef Kayla me Alivia Noa Aranrou and Jaxion.  


I think it was the second or third  day we did this game this balloon game with our buzz groups  It was so fun I was first up and  had so much pressure on on me because if you dropped the balloon you have to restart I kept on dropping it so then my grope finally they told me to jump then I finally made it. After that with did another one and I was over and under I was first up again and I had to run to the wall and I came  back and we did over under I think it was the last person who ran. After that we had  a   loom band and a string it was tied up to the loon band and we hade cups and we had to try and use no hands we all had one string each and It was so fun and so hard. 

     We also did the Treaty of Waitangi It is so fun we have a little booklet to its so fun and I think that was the end. And that was a amazing start to MLH.
